The Asia Foundation, Department of Education, USAID Education Office Director Thomas Leblanc, ABC+ Chief of Party, and the League of Cities of the Philippines Executive Director came to the office to talk about our collaboration to promote Iloilo City the model for education as we continue to strive to support this sector. With their presence, I also signef the executive order adapting the education sector mechanism to level up our support to learning and develop productive and responsible citizens.
