The Iloilo Business Park came to fruition when leading real estate developer Megaworld Corporation has brought the 72-hectare township to the City of Love, investing billions of pesos for its development. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority allocated P200 million for its construction while Priority Development Assistance Fund of Former Senator Franklin Drilon contributed another P250 million. The structure is inspired by Iloilo festivals Dinagyang and Paraw Regatta. It has a total floor area of 11,832 square meters (127,360 square feet). The main hall, located on the ground floor, has a 3,700-seating capacity with additional 500 seating capacity on the function rooms at the second floor. Moreover, the 1,500 square meters (16,000 square feet) rooftop cater to outdoor functions.
