The Iloilo City Gastronomy Council facilitated the two-day workshop titled ILOILO CITY GASTRONOMY STAKEHOLDERS’ WORKSHOP at the Conference Room, Penthouse of the Iloilo City Hall, in collaboration with the Iloilo City MICE Center (ICMC) and the Local Economic Development Investment Promotion Office (LEDIP).
The facilitators and moderators are from the University of the Philippines, Visayas.
The panelists and resource speakers offered their knowledge in gastronomy, sustainable development, and cultural heritage. The purpose of the workshop is to collect useful inputs to strengthen the city’s application and to develop a strategic plan with stakeholders and various sectors to become a UNESCO Creative City in the field of gastronomy.
