The Program

Boosting the MICE tourism industry in City of Iloilo, ICMC offers its ENHANCED MICE PLUS PROGRAM which is a set of incentives and privileges given to various preferred organizers from local, national and foreign sectors that can bring meeting, incentive travel, conventions and exhibitions in the City.

The Incentives and Privileges

Assistance and support services of ICMC to meetings, conventions, virtual and other special events is benefited of MICE Plus Program in the form of the following applicable incentives and privileges:

Technical assistance on planning
Provision of brochures and other printed materials
Chosen tokens/giveaways for VIPs/participants
Digital promotion of event/activity
Food and beverages for VIPs
Technology Solution (for hybrid and virtual events)
Hotel accommodation assistance
Half day city tour
Cultural entertainment
Coordination with tourism industry partners
Government liaison and contact assistance
Audio visual presentation of Philippine Tourism

Qualified Events and Activities

Bid to host Regional/International MICE Events
Attendance Promotion Campaigns for MICE Events
Regional, National and International related events
Local, Regional, National and International corporate workshops, seminars, conferences, offshore meetings, team buildings and other employee engagement events and activities
Other events not eligible for assistance may be qualified or accepted provided such events have a conference or exhibition component.

Institutions from Academe
Other non-eligible events but having a conference or exhibition components may be considered for assistance

Local and International Festivals
Sporting Events
Cultural Events
Culinary tours and competition; cooking and demonstration
Dance Competition
Social Event such as Reunions and Homecoming Activities, Parties and Gala
Fashion shows and beauty contest
Concerts
Group tours (leisure tour not corporate-funded/sanctioned)
Academic student exchange programs
Trade missions of other countries in the Philippines
All other events which promote products and services of other countries
Philippine representation to attend events abroad
