KBL (Kadyos, Baboy, Langka)

KBL is an original Ilonggo recipe. This recipe is made of kadyos, also known as pigeon peas, baboy or pork that is usually with fat, green langka or jack fruit and soured with batwan or batuan. It is also one of the most missed native dishes as kadyos and the souring ingredient, batwan are hard to find when outside of the Ilonggo region.
