Asa we work towards our application for UNESCO Creative Cities for Gastronomy, we’re making sure that everything is in order to ensure that we present Iloilo City in the best light possible. Being selected as the Philippine representative for this international recognition is a huge honor and opportunity for us to showcase what makes our city so special. Our culinary scene has long been a point of pride for us, with our unique flavors and cooking techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation. We want to show the world that Iloilo City is the destination for anyone who wants to indulge in the best flavors that the Philippines has to offer.
