Iloilo City is a place where the past is always present as we value our rich history. Due to this, I authored the heritage bill to restore our heritage sites, and through the strong support of Sen. Frank Drilon and the National Historical Commission, once a dream came to reality. We joined together to witness the completed projects for Jaro Plaza and Belfry, Molo Church, and the Patrocino Gamboa monument.
